Horrible Email Practice

Hi,

I have subscribed to AVG Ultimate and am happy with the product in conjunction with AVG Zen.

Unfortunately, I purchased the HMA! VPN package through AVG on a whim... I have yet to receive a username and password from HMA! (I've been in contact with their support since last week).

In the meantime, I clicked to cancel my subscription of HMA! VPN in order to not be re-billed in 2018. The only confirmation email I got from AVG (and they sent this multiple times) contains one line: "Your Subscription has been cancelled."

WHAT subscription? This is not ok. Please send me an email that states WHICH subscription has been cancelled. This type of vague service only means that customers will have a hard time disputing a charge one year down the line...
