Have you tried deleting the MPC icon from your desktop screen?

Same problem and have tried everything to get rid of MPC but it is still firing up when I open any browser.

Hi, all!
After the AVG specialists run all sort of malware-removal tools, on my computer appeared suddenly an icon at the bottom of the screen named MPC Desktop. It does not appear under programs and  features in my Control Panel (Windows 10). What is to be done?

I did that now. But I bet il re-apear somehow. I already experienced an advertising window that apeared suddenly on the screen.
