How AVG can make a virus protection program and total disaster level customer service?

I have been happy with AVG products many years. Now i stopped buying it because there’s no useful customer service. Why don’t AVG have any email address? Why there’s no chat? Is there anyone who knows how to use keyboard?

I am not an english native speaker. I won’t discuss with AVG with phone. If i say something in written english, i know or at least i can hope that the other side understands me. If i try to say something in english, there’s no guarantee i will be understod. When using chat i have also proves what i have written.

So, AVG, why there is no chat? Is there any reasonable explanation? Many things are done faster with writing, when people don’t have to try to verify everything is understod same way by both sides. Why you don’t you give an email address to where old and new customers can write? Why should i buy your product, when THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL OR END THE ORDER? Don’t offer me Facebook or X or anything because i have no social media.

Free advice: you lose money as long as you don’t have a decent customer service. I won’t buy your product, any of them, because i can’t rid of them. I have no way to communicate with you. So there’s no way you to get my money. Put chat back and do not hide it behind million clicks. Why would anyone be idiot enough to buy a product from a firm that has no working customer service? Have you ever tried your own stupid system to get help?

I know what you mean, I have tried the same and not been able to get through and including the the advice they have put, this will be my last year with them too and I have been with them a long time. you go round in a circle. We need an ON line Chat box to a person. Very sad to be treated in this way for a loyal customer.

True one chat agent put me on hold 4 HOURS there is no customer service or anybody to talk for your problems.
