From your description, it possibly seems to be a false positive.
in this regard, we'd suggest you to submit a false positive request via this link.

Many traders who use VOLFORT(.com) as their trading platform suddenly gets it deleted automatically by AVG Antivirus,
How AVG decide VOLFORT is a virus?
how to make an exception for VOLFORT files?
the files getting deleted are:
- VolGraph.exe
- VolGraphBeta.exe
- VolSetup.exe
- VolInstaller.exe
- VOLFH.EXE
- volFHBeta.exe
