How can a person speak with a technical representative?

After a year of using the VPN on my Mac, the app lost the ability to block for me.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times since it quit working.  Following the online solutions they provide have been unsuccessful.  It does not seem that a person would have to go to the community support group to find a solution.  It may be easier to request a refund and find another VPN elsewhere.  Any suggestions for another?
