I purchased AVG Ultimate to remove any non obvious remnants of PC Matic which had corrupted my computer and caused chronic crashes and actively prevented downloading any help. I went into control panel and deleted all visible PC Matic files (3) but computer was still crashing.
Upon installation AVG Ultimates first scan stabilized my computer. After shutting computer down over night chronic rapid crashing has returned.
Moreover, The login for AVG Ultimate has been corrupted and does not recognize my Lis # or other login in info so I cannot access ZEN!
I need to uninstall all embedded remnants of PC Matic.
