URGENT !
I have had a paid sub. to AVG tune up since september.
i have also been unable to use it !!!
The site says i dont need a licence key and just need to log in but the old account is the only one showing.
please help or i will need my money back.

Please accept my apologies with regards to the inconvenience this may have caused to you. I see that you have an active AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 year subscription) registered under the email address you used to contact us here. Do you mean your AVG app shows that you are logged in with a different email address?
I would request you to uninstall AVG completely from your PC as per the instructions in this link .
Then refer to steps in this link on how to download and install AVG TuneUp - Unlimited using correct AVG MyAccount email address and password.
