Hello Len,
We are glad to clarify your concern. When the user installed any program in their Windows device, it will be listed under application list shows in Firewall settings.
If you want to manage Internet access for specific program, you can enable or block it from AVG Firewall settings. To know how to do it, please refer the below article :

Hello Customer Support,
I will outline step-by-step my query. I have the Premium version of AVG Internet Security on Windows 10
On AVG Internet Security I click on MENU, then SETTINGS, then BASIC PROTECTION, then ENHANCED FIREWALL, then VIEW FIREWALL RULES, then on the RULE LIST I click on the APPLICATIONS TAB and see a large list of .EXE files of programs installed on my PC and the ability to edit the firewall properties.
The problem is on that page I cannot see the specific .EXE that I want to change the firewall setting regarding internet access vs blocking even though the program is installed on my PC.
Normally there should be a button I can click to add an .EXE to that list so I can change the rules, but I don’t see such a button. In previous AVG versions I was able to add program .EXE files. Also in Windows Defender it is possible to add rules.
I read the AVG Support Article called “Setting up Enhanced Firewall Application rules in AVG AntiVirus” and it mentions “HOW SHOULD FIREWALL TREAT NEW APPS”, but then I have to wait till the application accesses the internet for the .EXE to be addes. I want to be able to add the .EXE app now, without waiting, and configure it.
Kindly guide me as to how I can add additional .EXE to this list.
Thanks
Len
