How can I block emails that mention bitcoin?

Hello David,
We are here to help you. We have an option to blacklist email addresses (open AVG Internet Security > Menu > settings > components > Anti-Spam > Customize > blacklist), but we do not have the option to block the all emails that mention bitcoin.
