I kept getting 403 errors. Various support staff suggested I adjust the settings until I could find what is causing the error. I did that and found that the only way to stop these errors was to totally delete the product. Therefore, would you please refund the entire amount I have paid since I have already deleted it from my system. All or the errors that I previously received are gone. Guess the software is the problem.
