How can I cancel my subscription before the free trial ends

I have two subscriptions AVG Driver Updater
For 1 PC. Subscription billed yearly until canceled
License Number: 7WGLZJ-BUCHAJ-5EUGBA CAN$ 26.99
AVG PC TuneUp
For 1 PC. Subscription billed yearly until canceled
License Number: 7WGLZJ-BUCHAJ-5EUGBA CAN$ 23. and they do not show up in my account.
I want to cancel them today but i am unable to do so and i have been trying for 5 days now. Can you please help

I have tried for over an hour to cancel my paid subscription before the free trial expires. The website does not offer clear instructions for such a simple request.
