How can I close my AVG account?

Enter your registered email address and click Request Access.
Check your email inbox > click "Go to Portal" button > Support > scroll down and submit a request for data deletion.

Edit: I tried the link and did what you said but it said "We can't find you in our database", please help.

I have logged in with my email address in question, I am sure that my account exists. I can log in and everything works, so what has caused the system to say that my account does not exist?

Alright, Matthew. Could you please try to login to your AVG account once to ensure the same?
Reason being, we're unable to locate the AVG account & also the password reset link has been triggered from our end upon checking the status (which is contradicting).

Yes, I used the correct email address, it still says the same thing. :frowning:
