I bought a product at AVG, my bank account shows that I paid 16 january for the product, but AVG has send me an email that the order has been cancelled because I did not pay. I am looking now already 3 hours to find a way how to get into direct contact with AVG, but I don't see any email- address or tel.nr.I get rather desperate now. Who can help me?
