wewatcherproxy(32bit) is an adware or spyware process running after I upgraded to windows 10 on my Pc. I am running Rookit scans now to see if I can get this off of my PC. I am not experiencing any problems, but I do not like to be cloked by any software that I have not verified or allowed to allow me to scan it while it is scanning me.

Yes you are right Clinton. May I know the error message that you get while stopping or deleting this wewatcherproxy(32bit) ? Were you able to find the path where it is exactly installed?
