How can I get 11 apps back & all contact that disappeared when whilst checking my sercurity on AVG,

Hi please can you tell me How to get all my contacts & important files back, I was checking the sercurity for any threats, the  ram boost offer came up, which I thought was just a  clean up junk, but it has wiped 11 apps & has cleared all my contacts & very important files, please advise how I can retrieve them.
