How can I get My Account updated?

I renewed my AVG licence for two computers in January 2013 for a further two years - all is working well and the new expiry date of 2015 is shown in AVG.  However, I logged into My Account (AVG) today to find that it informs me that my AVG licence expired back in 2011.  It has obviously not been updated as I have renewed my licence twice since then!

How do I get My Account updated so that it reflects my current situation?  Should I actually bother considering that the expiry dates of a licence is all it appears to show?
