HOW CAN I GET TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR ONLINE(not phone)CHAT ASSISTANCE

Can't seem to find my post that i typed  and submitted, hence this repeat of issue.
I had Remote Technical Support on Sunday.  The assistance i got thru online chat solved the problem i was having but, unfortunately since then my Scheduled Scans are all over the place i.e. having many throughout the day and sometimes starting and stopping every few minutes.  I have tried to rectify the problem via Advanced Settings but unsuccessful.  I put 'every 24hrs' for frequency but they are still happening on a very frequent timescale.

Please help!  How can i stop these Scheduled Scans and set them correctly once and for all.? I want one every 24hrs. Also how do i get Technical Assistance Support ONLINE as opposed to by PHONE?

Thanks for your reply.  I think i've managed to find the cause of the problematic Scheduled Scans which were constantly bombarding me, so unless the problem returns, thankfully i won't have to try Tech Support online again for this.

When I clicked on the link you gave me above i got through to yourself who initiated the chat but after saying hello etc. a messagge came on saying 'The agent has ended the chat'.  This has happened on the two occasions that i have tried to get online chat support with yourself each time.  Please advise on what i can do next?
