To get assistance we suggest you to contact our dedicated support team for AVG products for mobile devices by clicking on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ), choose 'YES' for the question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?"(even if you use a 'free' version), and fill out your details, select the OS as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in "Description" please elaborate the issue and finally click on "Email" option. AVG mobile team will provide assistance via email. Thank you.
I.e. I tried locating it yesterday - worked. Tried again today - didn't work.
How can I find out if I selected a security PIN back then? Can't remember if I did, let alone the PIN itself…
