OK Jae, With Android 'contact us' it would appear that you are only being offered Email from the 3 alternatives i.e. Email, Chat & Phone.

I have a serious problem on my hands can someone help? My HTC one m7 was stolen yesterday…not even 2 years yet smh. Ikr? This is the problem I have it was trackable between 2:00-2:15 pm using the AVG Anti Theft App now the trail is cold. I've informed the police here in Barbadosbut the person hasn't turned on the phone since nor can the phone be located is there another way of locating the phone? Can someone help?

Jae, Have a look @ this new form link (http://support.avg.com/support_contact_form) to get chat/phone support. Otherwise, When available, A member of the official AVG Community Support in Brno, Czech Rep… (Working Hours [Mon-Fri] 9:00am - 5:00pm CET) will see your topic & respond but please bear in mind that assistance probably won't now be available until @ least the 2nd January 2015.
