How can I remotely control any devices in my Zen Network?

Hello Bang,
Thank you for contacting us with your concerns. Once you install AVG Zen and add devices to it's network, you can manage them remotely. You should have AVG Zen installed on those devices too. You will see the devices which were added to the network on Zen main interface with names of those devices labelled on them. Please click on the device you would like to manage to see the status of AVG apps on those devices.
And please confirm which AVG password did you forget and trying to reset. And is that an android device that has got locked and you would need help to unlock?
