How can I restore a file from the virus vault?

To Alan, I did post this question in the wrong area, first time to post, made a mistake haha.

Thank you for the link to that article, but unfortunately that video article doesn't help solve my issue, I have tried to "restore" my file from the virus vault, but it won't let me, the restore doesn't work, in the details, it gives the reason of "virus vault is not loaded" and before that it gave some other reason to why it won't let me restore my file :frowning:
Not sure what to do, or what I can do to restore that file that I need.
If there is any other help you can share, I'd be very appreciative.

To Dave, I have tried many times to press/click on restore, it ends up not being able to restore the file, as I mentioned in my original questions paragraph, it wont restore it, then when I click on "details" to see why it wont restore the file, it gives the answer of "virus vault is not loaded".
I do appreciate you responding though and trying to help

Hi Dathal,
In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output using this tool (http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe) and please add detailed description of issue.
Thanks

hi dathal,if you go into your virus vault you should see at the bottom where it says delete or restore.you just click on restore

Hello,

AVG detected unusual activity when I opened an online video game that I have downloaded onto my computer.
I usually click the button to ignore it and allow the game to open, I accidentally clicked on "protect me" and it took the file to the virus vault and now I cannot run/play the game.
I have gone into the virus vault and tried to "restore" it and even "restore to", neither work, right now the description says "virus vault is not loaded". I took a screenshot and have tried many things on the community posts where others had similar problems. I just want to know how to take the file out of the virus vault so I can use the game again.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Additional info: its the free version of 2014. I do have a screenshot of the virus vault as well if that would help.
