How can I restore the changes made by AVG TuneUp 2014 after I uninstalled it?

I have installed the free version of AVG TuneUp and made some changes to my computer. The trial version expired so I uninstalled it. How can I restore the changes after I uninstalled it? I have tried re-installing it and going on the rescue center but there was no back-up to restore.

As Alan mentioned only possible option is restore backups using file recovery software.

Alessandro, You can try using some file recovery software, for example Recuva (http://www.piriform.com/recuva) to get deleted data back. Otherwise, Re AVG Community Support expert assistance from Brno, Czech Rep… They will attend to your posting @ their earliest convenience but please bear this in mind (http://forums.avg.com/ww-en/avg-forums?sec=thread&act=show&id=190509).
