My account shows “3 of 1 device” for AVG BreachGuard and AVG Driver Updater.
However, the reason for this is that the notebook on which both installations were set up broke down last year, so I couldn’t uninstall them there either. This notebook will be discarded. A similar case concerns the notebook I took over from my late father, which I then used and equipped with the appropriate AVG installations. This also stopped working and had to be repaired. In this context, the operating system was reinstalled, and the corresponding AVG installations were removed.
Now I mainly use a newly purchased notebook with WIN11 on which I have done all AVG installations.
On the repaired notebook I have now only installed the AVG programs that have licenses for multiple devices, just like on my smartphone.
How is it possible in the AVG account to assign the two products, AVG Driver Updater and AVG BreachGuard, purchased for 1 device only to my new computer?
Or is there a way for AVG to detect that only one computer is using these two products?
I haven’t found a setting option for this in my AVG account yet.
