How can I stop the iPhone from asking me to install an iOS update?

One of the great new features of iOS 9 is that the iPhone will automatically download the latest iOS update without interfering with anything else I'm doing. Then it will ask me politely if I want to install it. But what if I'm busy? It will ask again. And again, and again, do not stop until I allow it to install it. extremely uncomfortable. What if I want to stop it? Is there a way to turn off the updates and just wait until I'm ready?
