Are you normally seeing any system tray email scanning notification pop-ups?. Do you see any certification text on your emails?.

I have installed AVG internet security 2014 trial, all are perfect except email scanner as my emails are not getting scanned while receiving. I do use windows mail with windows 8.1 version.
