How do I activate AVG when I have a subscription?

I have had to reinstall AVG because of a licence error bug.

Now I need to activate it but I only have an option to enter a licence No.  I am on a subscription so there is no licence number.

It also tells me my trial will expire in 13 days.  Please help - I have just paid for another year!
