How do I activate licence number for AVG Internet Security unlimited bought a few days ago

PLEASE ASSIST,
 
I managed to download (1).
Install(2) and Log in to activate subscription (3) I DID NOT MANAGE . (would like more detail for nr 2 and 3.
For 2 days I tried the user manual, support centre, but was not lucky (also tried a call via UK, phone kept on ringing. I live in South Africa

I received the following msge from AVG " you have lost your PRO protection. Enhance firewall antispam data safe priority updates online shield free technical support has expired.
I do not manage to install it again. Please assist
