How do I activate my paid for account on my iPhone?

I have an annually paid AVG Ultimate bundle.

I have downloaded the AVG app to my iPhone but I don't know how to register it as part of my Ultimate bundle.  When I look at my account on my Mac it says I am utilising AVG on zero devices.
I am concerned that I will be billed twice for the same product.
EG when I downloaded the avg to the phone there was nowhere to put in the activation code so it looks as though it is treating it as a new registration.
How do I remedy this?
