How do I Activate my recently purchased and installed AVG Internet Security

I recently (Oct 10) renewed my subscription to AVG Security, downloaded and entered the new license number. I have since received two emails from AVG advising I have not activated my license. I have followed the instructions given to do so  1. Open AVG   2. Click on Support in top menu, then Reactivate but there is no "Reactivate" shown on new download.  Question is "How do I now activate my new download?"
