When I renewed my Internet Security with AVG in May, my son installed the license no. etc. for me. (he is much more omputer savvy than me)  I was taken ill and went into hospital and have now only just started to use the computer again.  I realised that the security wasn't working, so tried to imput the license no. again, but it won't accept it
Please help
I paid for this and have an invoice and confirmationemail

    NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
