How do I actually reach a person? Subscription loop with no "Refund" button

I’m trying to get a straight answer on how to contact a human agent. I was charged for a renewal I didn’t want, but when I follow the support articles to my “Order History,” the “Request a Refund” button simply isn’t there next to my order ID.

I’ve tried the chatbot, but it just loops me back to the same “How to cancel” articles. I can’t find a direct email address or a working live chat link anywhere that isn’t just an automated FAQ.

Does anyone have a direct link to the actual Live Chat or a phone number that works in 2026? I’m within the 30-day window and just want to speak to a person to get this sorted before my bank’s dispute window closes.
