How do I call you after I click on the "Call Us" button?

I was trying to contact "Customert Support" and I filled in the required fields and explained my problem but then, at the end, there was only a button labeled "Call Us" and nothing related to sending the info and message I had just typed into the fields. So I clicked on that "Call Us" button and it brought me to a community forum.

This is what I need help with:
"Hello,
I have been considering buying the AVG PC Tune-Up but when I run the 1-click Maintenance to give it a test run it disables my Internet Explorer 11. I have the most recent MS Windows updates and IE 11 works fine after installing those. But then I have tried to run the 1-click and then IE 11 tries to open and then closes immediately.

I want to buy the PC Tune-Up but if I can't use my favorite search engine, IE 11, I don't know if I should. Any ideas why the 1 -click maintenance of PC Tune-up disables my IE 11?"
