Your former customer Roy Mayeske died on July 18, 2022 - his computer is gone, the router was returned, even the phone line has been disconnected. His credit card was canceled. His wife is in a nursing home with dementia - yet you somehow found her credit card and have charged a subscription against her credit card !!
I can send you a copy of his death certificate and I have power of attorney for my aunt.

How do I cancel this subscription and cancel the bogus renewal. Your records even show that he is not receiving any service.
