How do i cancel and get a refund?

I've had £49.99 taken from mu bank account today that I would like refunded and whatever it's for I don't want. I checked my AVG account and it doesn't need renewing till December 20th 2019 but for some reason I had an email saying I've had £49.99 taken from my account on a different login I See for Avg.
Is there a way to speak to someone live?  I need the money returned please.
