How do I cancel automatic billing

Sorry for the trouble, I see that your auto renewal for AVG Internet Security (2 computers) was already cancelled. The license will not be renewed and no money will be taken from your account for the renewal. You will be informed about the expiration of your license in time to purchase a license renewal before your AVG expires. We are here if you need any help.

I tried to get sign on to see if automatic billing is set up but was unable to.

I do not want automatic billing for AVG.   Not sure if I want to renew, did not care for
the person I spoke with this morning in regards to renewing my subscription
