How do i complain

Dear Community
I am struggling to find a complain process in AVG process, when I tit just redirects me to the community?
I cancelled an unwanted product 2 days before the start date.  The product is cancelled (2 days before the start date) yet they still took my money and are denying that I am due a refund.
Any thoughts?
