How do I completely delete my AVG account and all data related to it?

Hi Richard.
Visit https://www.avg.com/gdpr, enter your email address and click Request Access. Then, please check your inbox > click "Go to Portal" button > Support > scroll down and submit a request for data deletion.
Please note that any active subscription will not work after the data is removed.

I cant seem to find a way to either contact avg to request it or do so myself
