Yesterday received a charge on my Visa.  My husband an myself have not renewed 
avg as we had problems with our computer and took it to hardware computer store.   They removed AVG at that time because we already had antivirus protection.  

we would like to be reimbursed the charge on Visa as we will not be using AVG

I await a response.
