I have been charged for a yearly subscription which I was on a trial for, I forgot to cancel it which is completely my fault, I totally take responsibility for that. However they do say you can get a refund within 30 days, which I am. I have spent all day trying to contact them via the online chat and haven’t been put through to a human in approx 3 hours of waiting. I have also tried the UK phone number which doesn’t work. I am extremely frustrated that it is so difficult to get in contact with this company. Does anyone know of an email address what will actually work that I can use.
I have exactly the same problem. Why does the chat not connect and why publish numbers that do not exist? How can we contact you AVG?
