How do I contact AVG to cancel my subscription?

Yesterday I asked how to cancel my subscription, renewal due October 2019. Ranjani replied saying refer to https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Cancel-AVG-auto-renewal to cancel your AVG subscriptions. When I did this I got a response; “Cannot securely connect to this page

All I want to do is cancel my two yearly subscription. AVG should not make it so difficult. Customer support, "my foot"!
Please give me a straight forward way of cancelling.
