Hello Kim,

To submit the request for account deletion, use this https://www.avg.com/gdpr link.
Enter your email address registered with AVG and click Request Access.
Check your email inbox > click "Go to Portal" button > Support > scroll down and submit a request for data deletion.
NOTE: If the email is not found in inbox, it might have landed on spam or junk folders.
