We couldn't find the AVG subscription under the account that you have provided for AVG community or an account created using that email address.
If you were using a different email address earlier and used it for registering with AVG, do use that and submit the account deletion request through this https://www.avg.com/gdpr link.

How do I delete my account. I was using this software for my laptop, I got rid of my laptop so how do I unsubscribe from avg so it stops charging my card?
