Hello Joy,

Are you trying to remove an added device from the Zen Multidevice program?
If yes, please click on the device that you wish to remove from the Zen interface and you will get the option as remove device.
Please try that and if you face any issues, please do let us know.
Please be informed that on iPads and iPhones you cannot install the AVG Zen multidevice program.
Only on PC's that are running Windows then Mac and Android smartphones and tablets.

I have 2 Desktops, 2 iPads and 2 Phones in my house.  The one thing on my list is a phone which I don't have any more, but I cannot change the list and it is driving me nuts
