From your end, it is not possible to update the card information for AVG subscription.
As of now, we do not get the card details via chat and update it for your subscriptions.
Hence, we suggest to cancel the auto renewal process and ask the customer to renew manually using the new card details.
If you give us a confirmation, we will cancel the auto renewal process.
