How do I fill in an AVG complaint forum?

I was Having Problems with Renewing my VPN subscription , so I called the help desk to get it sorted . while they did help me Renew my subscription the person helping me out with it Added AVG virus removal assurance without telling me about it or asking if I wanted it , I have been using AVG for many years and this is not the kind of business practice I expect to have to deal with. luckily I noticed it and removed it from the basket from the link I was sent but this kind of thing is to catch out people who are in a rush or are not the most computer literate. This is the last time I will be using AVG.
