How do I find information about my original order, initial payments, future payments and due dates?

I appreciate your speedy response to my inquiry, but you didn't answer my question.  I know how to find find subscription status information.  I want to know: 1.)  if there is some place on the AVG webstie where I can look at my record of transactions with AVG; and 2.) is there some place on the AVG website where I can look at a spec list of the protections you offer in the software I am subscribed to; and will that list include the type or level of security your software has guaranteed to provide to me in your promotional material?  

Finally I don't how long it takes your system to process a subscription cancellation but your last paragraph is wrong.  I cancelled the subscription for the AVG internet Security Multi-device on August 3, 2019 so there will be no renewal.  Please do not charge my credit card for that software because I will not honor the charge.  

I hope my subscription to AVG VPN Multi-device that I will continue with will eventually meet my needs.  Thank you for your consideration.

We're here to help. AVG Account allows you to view paid AVG subscriptions (and pre-authorized trial versions) registered to the email address you used to make the purchase. Please login to online AVG portal (https://subscriptions.avg.com/) to manage your active subscriptions.

You've been charged $79.99 recently for the renewal of AVG Secure VPN Multi-device because you agreed to automatic extension of your subscription when you originally signed up for AVG Secure VPN Multi - device (60 day trial) on 4th May 2019. We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.

Information about your subscription, including instructions on how to unsubscribe from future renewals, are included in all order confirmation emails. We also send a notice by email before the charge takes place (except for monthly subscriptions). When your subscription is extended, we send an additional order confirmation email.This also contained information on how to unsubscribe.

We also notice that you have signed up for AVG Internet Security Multi - device (60 day trial) on 13th June 2019 and it is valid till 13th Aug 2019. You have agreed for automatic renewal of this subscription too and it is awaiting renewal on 10th Aug 2019.

I just received a bill for a piece of AVG software.  I want to see the initial order date on this software and the contract that describes services to be provided to me by AVG.
