It is asking:
"Do you recognise this program?"
When I select "Yes" it asks if I want to keep it or remove it.
Not disable, remove.
Did you click on "Keep it" option?
Hi Jon, I have sent you an email with steps to be followed. Please follow the email instructions to get this issue resolved. Thanks.
I have AVG Tuneup Utilities.
It is recomending removing some programs which is fine.
My problem is it recomends removing Microsfot Office.
My laptop came with Office 2013 preloaded but wanting more cash to activate. Instead I have Office 2007 installed which I use.
The problem is that when Tune Up Utilities recommends removing Office It doesn't tell me which office ot refers to its location.
I would happily remove 2013, but not 2007.
And it seems to me that tyhis question could equally apply to any program recommended for removal.
I need to be able to identify the version and the location of the files. It seems to me the information provided by Tune up is rather basic. It must "know" but how do I persuade it to tell me?
I don't want to select "remove" only to find it has removed all the wrong programs.
How do I find this out?

Hello Jon. Could you please clarify whether it is recommending to remove or disable the programs?
Yes. That was all understood to start with.
But I want to be able to select and delete one version of MS Office and keep the other version. This was the point of my original question.
AVG doesn't identify which version of any program it has nominated nor does it provide a path to identify the folder where it is installed so one can obtain version data etc.
It doesn't provide enough information.
I would like to know how to find this information.
