How do i find out the status of my refund

I Have Received an Email stating i was getting a Refund and it would take 5-7 days how ever the amount has not been given, back to my bank as my account is still over drawn, 

It has been well over 5-7 days, and franctly I am sick of the run around i have received, The first Emails i Received were very rude, telling i was not going to receive, my refund .. Even they I was well within my rights for one.. so when i Received, The second Email telling me my Refund had been processed .. i was happy that i would be able to pay my bills .. It has been way to long and i need to know when this entitlement will be paid  ?
