How do I get a refund?

ineed a refund.  On 5/24/16 I paid for and received an invoice and order confirmation and license from AVG (License number removed)     I followed the download directions and it was nearly done and I received a on scree message that AVG had eroded and to call for help. A tech signed me into   log me in and checked my computer for any problems. I told him that in the future I wanted to add my desk top also. He said that could be done and I immediately ask how much that would be if I did it at the same time as my laptop. He gave me a price of $499.99. I immediately said no I would just do the lap top that I had paid for. He refused to do the laptop and tried to convince me that I was being foolish. I explained very nicely that I was retired and could not just drop that kind of money. He continued to harass me and raised his voice at this time. I tried to explain again but he talked right over me. At this point I said good-bye and hung up the phone. He called back but I was too upset to answer. He left a voice message that said AVG would not refund my money and I would never be able to use AVG on any device I owned. I did not reply.
I have never ever been treated in such a way by any service agent in my entire life.
I have downloaded another virus protection since this happened as I did not want to go unprotected.
I kindly request a refund from AVG. I honestly cannot say I will recommend your company in the near future. I am sorry as I have used AVG for many years with great satisfaction.
If I have sent this to the wrong department please forward this letter to the correct person.
Sincerely,
