Ed, AVG Internet Security 2015 is both an anti-virus & anti-spyware util with real time (active residential) protection. Malwarebytes Pro also features real time protection so there's going to be an inevitable conflict situation. You should only have 1 active protection installed i.e. AVG. You might be able to disable the resident protection in Malwarebytes Pro, but generally only Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (Free) should be installed alongside AVG.
